Audition for the Lodge
Take Heart!
The Lodge, an improvised secret society, is holding auditions Saturday, September 24th from 2:30pm to 5:30pm at DCAC at 2438 18th St NW. Improvisers of skill and passion are hereby extended a most courteous invitation.
If you are a man of good standing, sorry ladies, who enjoys tomfoolery and wants to covertly rule the world from an underground lair, then search no longer. The Lodge is calling and it is up to you to answer. The fate of the free world, the third world and a few shotgunned beers is in your hands.
Those with the courage to audition should send an email to Lodgennaire, Mark Carroll at markcarroll@thelodgeimprov.com .
Please reveal the following in your email:
A. Your name and phone number.
B. General improv experience and attach .jpg of yourself. Though this can be a Facebook, LinkedIN or Twitter profile pic of you but, ideally, this will be a Theatrical Headshot.
C. Preference of when you would like to audition, between 2:30pm and 5:30pm.
The Lodge will reply, posthaste, with your audition time. The brothers thank you for your interest and beg of thee to "have a nice day."

If you are called back, there will be a scheduled Callback on Sunday, the next day, between 3pm and 5pm.
The Lodge has been honoured by being included in the past by Washington Improv Theater , the Del Close Marathon, Baltimore Improv Festival , Richmond Improv Festival and the DC Comedy Spot.
You can bring a headshot to your audition but we prefer you to attach your photo virtually to your audition request email as a .jpg. If you are called back, there will be a scheduled Callback on Sunday between 3pm and 5pm, the following day.
